As we navigate through societal hurt, beliefs and reflection, it is imperative that we take a microscopic look at our belief systems and how they were formed. From an early age, the adults in our lives have provided a foundational message that shaped our world, and our experiences then influenced that message by either solidifying our beliefs or altering them. These two impactful message systems created the lens of life we utilize every day and is unique to each one of us.

The most powerful shift is realizing that those belief systems can be challenged and changed!

With intentionality, education and self-reflection, we can create a new lens of life that offers openness to all unique creative minds and cultures, learning opportunities and the ability to positively influence future generations. We no longer have to carry the burden of pain from past generations as this shaped their lens of life and alters our own. We get to choose a path that honors our loved ones, while also leading the way for unity and equality through unconditional love, kindness and empathy. “One Team, One Fight!” Let’s do this!
