Welcome to the 944th Fighter Wing Legal Office. The 944th Fighter Wing Legal Office provides legal advice and support to the Wing Commander, unit commanders, and staff agencies in a variety of legal areas including military justice, adverse administrative actions, civil, and operations law.

The Office also provides preventive law and legal assistance to military members and their family members, pre-deployment and while in status.

The Office is open during UTA weekends only.

Walk-in Legal Assistance services are available on UTA Sundays from 8 to 11 a.m. 

Please note that attorneys cannot discuss criminal law issues with clients during legal assistance, nor provide advice over the phone.

Wills are by appointment only. Please bring a completed estate planning questionnaire to the appointment.
