Phoenix, Ariz. -- On behalf of the 944th Fighter Wing Commander, Colonel Mark Van Brunt, 944th FW Vice Commander, Col Trena Savageau, and the 944th FW Command Chief, Chief Master Sgt. Catherine Buchanan recognized the wing’s outstanding Airmen during the 2021 Annual Awards banquet in Phoenix Arizona, January 29, 2022.
“Their performance throughout this past year has been fantastic, overcoming innumerable obstacles to ensure our mission and support our Airmen,” Van Brunt said. “There was fierce competition for awards this year and all of our nominees performed above and beyond.”
