Strengthening the Force: Brig. Gen. McFarren addresses 944th FW on Readiness, Preparedness

U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. Preston F. McFarren, Mobilization Assistant to the Commander, Air Force Sustainment Center, engages with members of the 944th Mission Support Group, 944th Fighter Wing at Luke Air Force Base on Aug. 3, 2024. During the visit, McFarren emphasized the importance of readiness and preparedness for future conflicts, emphasizing the necessity of being multi-capable Airmen and excelling in their functional areas. McFarren shared insights from his deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, underscoring the challenges of future great power competition conflicts.
