Not just crisis managers
Air Force First Sergeant Special Duty Manager Chief Master Sgt. Mike Perry Jr., also known as Diamond One, explains to the participants of the first-ever Southwest Regional First Sergeants Symposium what issues he is addressing on their behalf at headquarters level and shared a part of his own story to encourage them to look into the gray area, not just the black and white of their units. The symposium was held at Luke Air Force Base, Ariz., April 26-30. Perry encouraged the Airmen to continue building on the connections that were being fostered during the symposium and understand their role of becoming multi-capable First Sergeants to build multi-capable Airmen.
