Serving Servicemembers’ children to start the school year

Volunteers distribute school supplies to a military family during the Back-to-School Brigade event hosted by Operation Homefront at Luke Air Force Base, Ariz., Aug. 1, 2020. This event invited servicemembers, veterans, and their family members out to receive school supplies for the upcoming school year at no cost. “I can’t think of a better way to show my gratitude to the servicemembers and their families than to be able to do events like this,” said Michelle Hagge, a program manager for Operation Homefront, and spouse of a retired Navy veteran.
