Operation Steel Curtain
BALAD AIR BASE, Iraq - Col. William "Blaze" Binger, 332nd Expeditionary Operations Group deputy commander, climbs out of an F-16 fighter aircraft shortly after breaking his 4,000 flying hours milestone, as Tech. Sgt. Denver McCullough (left) and Staff Joe Lester, both F-16 crew chiefs from the 332nd Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Unit (Tiger Maintenance), annotate post-flight information on the aircraft forms. Colonel Binger is only the 10th person in the world to accomplish such a feat in an F-16. Colonel Binger is deployed to Balad Air Base, Iraq, from the 944th Fighter Wing, Luke Air Force Base, Ariz.
