Reserve air show
Ed Hamill, a member of the 301st Fighter Squadron, flies the "Dream Machine" at an air show. The "Dream Machine" biplane design is based on a 1950 blueprint. The wings and tail are fabric-covered just like the barnstormers' planes of the 1920s. The aircraft weighs approximately 1,300 pounds and can hit aerobatic flight load limits of more than six Gs and negative five Gs. (U.S. Air Force photo)
