Lt Gen Stenner visits Luke AFB
Lt. Gen. Charles Stenner Jr, Commander, Air Force Reserve Command, speaks to members of the 944th and 56th Fighter Wings during his visit here May 28. General Stenner conducted a Warrior Call and also served as the presiding officer for the promotion ceremony of Maj. Gen. Roger Binder, mobilization assistant to the Commander, Air Combat Command, General Binder, a former member of the 944th Fighter Wing, chose the the wing as the site for his promotion to major general.
