12 Outstanding Airmen of the Year 2010
Tech. Sgt. Stephen Hunter, 944th Civil Engineer Squadron explosive ordnance disposal technician, receives the Air Force Reserve Command's NCO of the Year award from Maj. Gen. Frank Padilla, 10th Air Force commander, during a ceremony Aug. 24, 2010, at the Luke Air Force Base, Ariz.
