MRM Construction Service, Inc., a woman-owned heavy civil construction firm based out of Phoenix, Ariz., prepares the 944th Security Forces Squadron's parking lot for re-paving by removing the old asphalt before grading on July 14, 2010. The construction firm landed a $12.7M in Luke stimulus contracts. The 944th SFS parking lot is one of the many parking lot projects that will occur around the 944th Fighter Wing this summer.
