Colonel takes final flight
HOLLOMAN AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- Col. Robert McCutchen, 56th Fighter Wing at Luke AFB, Ariz., returns from his final flight in the U.S. Air Force April 20, 2011. Colonel McCutchen, a command pilot with more than 5,000 hours in the F-16 Fighting Falcon, chose the historic F-4 Phantom for his final flight before retirement. Colonel McCutchen visited the base April 19-21 to visit facilities that could potentially house F-16 training squadrons when they relocate from Luke to Holloman, scheduled for fiscal year 2012.
