Officials announce PEP promotion

LUKE AIR FORCE BASE, Ariz. -- Staff Sgt. Matthew M. Walsh has been PEP promoted to technical sergeant effective Oct. 1. Sergeant Walsh competed at the 10th Air Force level for his stripe.
