LUKE AIR FORCE BASE, Ariz. -- 10th Air Force recently recognized Maj. Haley Wihongi, 944th Fighter Wing, with the 10th AF Process Manager of the Year award.

Major Wihongi will go on to compete at the Air Force Reserve Command level.
