Major John Nuttall, night shift officer in charge, processes items received at the Joint Personal Effects Depot at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland. Major Nuttall is one of 200 reserve, active duty and civilians from the Air Force, Army and Marine Corps who process the personal belongings of servicemembers and Defense Department civilians killed or wounded in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom and the global war on terrorism.
