4/23/2012 - LUKE AIR FORCE BASE, Ariz. --

Effective March 21, 2012, MetLife began administration of the TRICARE Dental Program.

Enrollees and customer service personnel can receive information from the following:

. Web: https://mybenefits.metlife.com/tricare
. Facebook: www.facebook.com/metlifetdp

Telephone numbers:

o CONUS: 1-855-638-837

o OCONUS :1-855-638-8372

o TDD/TYY: 1-855-638-8373

Enrollees who had TDP coverage under the previous contractor won't have to

re-enroll. Their enrollment is automatically transferred to the new

contractor.

Enrollees who's previous payment methods were through Electronic Funds

Transfer or credit card, will need to contact the new contractor to

re-authorize those payment methods. Current TDP enrollees will receive

mailings with instructions on how to re-establish those payment methods

under the new contract.
